As a project-oriented individual, and problem solver, I find myself creating solutions, working systems, vehicles for tracking and communication, etc.

I’m a writer, a designer, a puzzle person, a logistical maven, and a realist. I’ve got both sides of my brain, they work well together, and I’m unapologetic about that. It’s been the success in my career, and the praise of those I’ve partnered with.

I have worked for non-profits. I have worked with non-profits. I've had fortune 500 cliental. I’ve worked with strapped couples, and those with, “it’ll cost what it costs,” budgets. Guess what? I’ve seen it, and I get it. I’m here to support you. I enjoy whichever piece (no matter how large or small) I get to play within your vision, because every piece counts.

Starting out in the financial industry, in marketing, I made the switch into Community Relations; planning 45+ nonprofit events and activities/year. That’s when it clicked. Events! A vision, broken down into tangible (workable) pieces in which to deliver upon. 

Having been raised in Sonoma Wine Country, it was necessary that I learn the wedding business - so I did. I’ve had the pleasure of working in the most beautiful and abstract venues, creating unique experiences that I love to look back on.

When the opportunity arose to join conference planning (first, in sales) I jumped! The tech industry. holds a large part of my heart, and a major piece of my working portfolio. I learned quickly that every project is only as good as its plan. Luckily for my clients, my plans are dialed in, well communicated, and secure the back end so the front end (customers, talent, experience) can shine.

This experience carried me through a vast number of industries, projects, and events.

I’ve been on the agency side, and the client side of events. I’ve worked with CEOs of major corporations, a former Vice President, on stages, behind stages… you name it. I’ve run full departments, lead diverse groups of key stakeholders, and have been brought on to de-escalate more situations than I can remember.

No one can do this work without a sincere passion and love for it. I’m grateful daily for the opportunity to do what I love.
